Abstract:

Getting the right amount of sleep is one of the most important things you can do for your overall wellbeing. Yet in our 24/7 world, a lack of sleep is becoming increasingly common. In this presentation, Professor Siobhan Banks will reveal how sleep loss leads to lower engagement, poor decision making, reduced creativity and diminished problem-solving skills, not to mention increased safety issues. Bring the new science of sleep to your organisation through carefully designed better-sleep programs, including on-the-job countermeasures. Invest in the sleep of your leaders and teams.
